• Two subscription plans (Empire and Empire+), which include varying limits and access features

Access is granted upon purchase and registration. Users are responsible for complying with all relevant terms, licenses, and policies.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

Accounts that provide false, misleading, or incomplete information may be suspended or terminated without notice.

3. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & SECURITY

When you register for an account, you agree to:

5. LICENSE GRANT & PLR TERMS

Upon payment and activation of your plan, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, commercial-use license to download, modify, rebrand, and resell the PLR Products found in the Vault.

Permitted Uses:

• Sell the content under your own brand

• Modify, edit, redesign, or translate the products

• Incorporate the content into paid courses or memberships
  

Prohibited Uses:

• Resell or give away the Vault or PLR rights themselves

• Offer resale, master resale, or PLR rights to your customers

• Use the materials in illegal, harmful, or deceptive ways

• Mass-distribute unaltered versions without transformation
  
  

All licenses remain valid as long as your access plan is active. Upon termination or closure, your rights to the unmodified content may be revoked.

6. TOOL LIMITATIONS & FAIR USE

Your plan includes monthly access to AI-based tools (Empire or Empire+). These tools are governed by our Fair Use Policy. You agree not to:

• Use bots or automated tools to trigger content generation

• Attempt to exceed the monthly usage limits

• Share access to the tools or system with others
  
  

We monitor usage to detect abuse. In the case of a violation, we may limit, suspend, or terminate access without refund.

7. "LIFETIME ACCESS" CLARIFICATION

"Lifetime" refers to the operational lifespan of the Site. If justresellit.com ceases operations for any reason (e.g., company closure, platform discontinuation), access will end at that time. No refunds, credits, or alternatives will be offered in such cases.

We reserve the right to modify or retire services, tools, or Vault content as needed for maintenance, security, or strategic updates.

8. FEES, BILLING & REFUNDS

All purchases are processed securely via third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you agree to:

• Pay the full amount displayed at checkout

• Use a valid payment method

11. TERMINATION

In the event of termination, you will lose access to all content and features. No refunds will be issued. Legal action may follow in cases of significant violation.
